Current options available for triangulating the cross-lagged effects of the RI-CLPM
2026-11-25 –, Sutherland Room

From among the suite of longitudinal models available, the random-intercept cross-lagged panel model (RI-CLPM) of 2017 stands as the easiest to interpret and most effective model for estimating causal effects. On triangulating, specifically, the cross-lagged paths of these RI-CLPM, the is literature evolving before our very eyes. This presentation will review the history of this literature and will unpack the rather technical models currently available in a user-friendly way. The example data will be from different sources.
