The ShadowMaster Scholarship Methodology for High Risk Organisational Studies
2026-11-26 –, Holme Room

High-risk organisational investigations of wicked problems are difficult. Social science systems engineering takes on the challenge with an applied technical philosophy called shadowmaster scholarship. This methodology composes two parts, one interpersonal method called 'god-mode diplomacy', a set of effective counter-violent communication interventions. The other part, intra-personal entitled 'chaos pilot protocol' which includes a suite of robust therapeutic resilience modalities together they provide a theoretically rigorous & ethically robust approach to understanding complex systemic and structural organisational matters of concern which are intractably confounding. This method features an occult( hidden) sociology of bio-onto-epistemologically radical consequence to countering violence and the enhancing resilience of the investigator discovering challenging internal social dynamics. Combining subjective and objective triagulation, this methodology uses analytic- auto ethnograph applied narrative research, behavioural profiling and compensatory codification to transcend rhetoric & reveal occult (hidden) sociologies of function and dysfunction in organisations, paving the way to effective solutions.

Consulting Technical Philosopher Issiah B. Burckhardt designs and audits decision-making systems for safety and risk. Issiah's mixed-methods approach to wicked problem solving applies out-of-the-box solutions to complex matters of concern in both commercial and academic research and diverse areas of people activity. Issiah's doctoral research explores Black educational justice activism where Technology and Philosophy converge in support of learner self-reliance and self-determination.
